    • Any occupant over the age of 18 must apply

    • $50 per application

    • Income 3x the rent

    • Good landlord reference

    • Credit review

  • Pets are allowed, 45lb weight limit, one pet per bedroom of the unit; max of 2 pets per unit. There will be a $250 non-refundable pet deposit and $50/month pet rent.

    *Rates are dependent on several market/availability factors and are subject to change.

  • There will be a $100/month amenity fee to cover water, sewer, high speed internet (not Verizon), and fitness center access. Electricity is the only utility not included in this fee and will be billed per unit. Each unit has true heat pumps (not mini-splits) and have been specially insulated on all walls for lower electricity bills.

  • Rental requirements: Income verification standard (gross of 3x the monthly rent), credit check, rental history check.

  • Yes, we do have one elevator!

  • We have a dedicated resident parking lot just across the street for ample parking!
