  • Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-approved basis. The application fee is $50 per Occupant over the age of 18.

  • A deposit will be required to hold your apartment at The Six Twenty.

  • Rental requirements:

    • Any occupant over the age of 18 must apply and pay a $50.00 application fee

    • Monthly gross Income needs to be 3x the monthly rent

    • Pass a Criminal Background Check

    • Pass a Credit Check

  • We are happy to accept your pets (cats and dogs). There is a 45lb weight limit, a limit of one pet per bedroom of the apartment; and we have a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. There will be a $250 non-refundable pet fee and a $50/month pet rent per pet.

  • There will be a $125/month amenity fee to cover water, sewer, high speed internet (not Verizon), and fitness center access. Electricity is the only utility not included in this fee and will be billed per unit. Each unit has true heat pumps (not mini-splits) and have been specially insulated on all walls for lower electricity bills.

  • Rental requirements: Income verification standard (gross of 3x the monthly rent), credit check, rental history check.

  • Yes, we do have one elevator!

  • We have a dedicated resident parking lot just across the street for ample parking!
