a new take on Bedford apartment living

with historic charm and modern amenities.

What’s old, is new again.

What was once an axe handle factory, tobacco factory, and then rubber factory, the building at 620 Railroad Ave has a storied past. Established in the early 1900’s, our property has been a staple in the Bedford community for decades. It had been left vacant for many years but not anymore.

Now, we are giving this historic property a new lease on life by restoring it into a mixed use commercial space with 58 beautiful apartments, an on-site gym and yoga studio, storage facilities, and more. On the first floor, Benny’s pizza will be firing up their ovens serving their famous β€˜Virginia Slice’ for all to enjoy. More commercial tenants will be announced soon!

It is our hope and goal that The Six Twenty gives the town of Bedford a re-imagined use of this historic building and creates a beautiful space to retreat for residents and the community alike.

Our luxury apartment community includes:

✦58 luxury apartments

✦fitness & yoga studio

✦on-site storage

✦1,2, & 3 bedrooms

 βœ¦ washer & dryers included

✦ a dog park

✦common patio space

✦ and special insulated walls for a peaceful living environment.

but we’re so much more than luxury apartments…

We have dedicated commercial space on the first floor of The Six Twenty that will provide Bedford residents and tenants alike with the best businesses the area has to offer.

We are so excited to have everyone’s favorite 28” pizza at The Six Twenty! The first level of our building will feature multiple commercial spaces including Benny’s!
