What was once an axe handle factory, tobacco factory, and then rubber factory, the building at 620 Railroad Ave has a storied past. Established in the early 1900’s, our property has been a staple in the Bedford community for decades. It had been left vacant for many years but not anymore.

We have given this historic property a new lease on life by restoring it into a mixed-use apartment community by including strategic commercial spaces with its 58 beautiful apartments, an on-site state of the art Fitness Center and yoga studio, storage facilities, and more.
